Can I cancel a Booking?
Due to the unique nature of our one-of-a-kind rooms, we have a strict cancellation policy. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel a reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival. Otherwise, your reservation is fully non-refundable. We do partner with Global Rescue for trip insurance, which we highly recommend for all our guests.
Is there a minimum stay?
There is a 2-night minimum stay.
Are children welcome?
Yes, we welcome families to come enjoy all our lodge and the great recreational opportunities located in downtown Kalispell and the greater Flathead Valley.
Do you have hair dryers in the room? Yes
Are there light snacks available?
Yes. We have a dry pantry available to hotel guests, located in our 2nd and 3rd floor kitchens.
Are there convenient transportation options?
Yes, please coordinate with us.
Is there dining on site?
No, but there are many local restaurants and dining options close by.
Is there a mini-bar in the room?
No, however there are many local breweries within walking distance and there are several other bars close by. Brix Bottleshop has a great selection of wine and beer and we can also provide bottle service and have your selections ready upon your arrival.
Do you have 24 Hour Concierge Service?
No. As a non-traditional Lodge hotel, we offer limited concierge services while our staff is on-site between the hours of 9:30 AM 4PM. Urgent maintenance related needs are available 24 hours.
Is there a gym on site?
No, but there are numerous walkable options in downtown Kalispell. The Pilates Scene, Yoga Room & SBG are close by.
Where is the closest park or bike trail?
Lone Pine State Park is super close to the lodge and has great walking trails and nearby Heron Park has biking trails.
Can I bring my pet?
We love all pets but unfortunately due to allergy concerns and the size of our lodge we are not able to accommodate pets.
